Breakfast with a view of the courtyard between the two cottages. You have a choice of apartments with balconies facing the courtyard or the garden with the vineyards. From all of the holiday homes you can enjoy the view of the vineyards.

Your dinner with local specialties of Marche Picene which can also be prepared on the porch next to the courtyard.

Casa Quinta was built at the beginning of the last century. The historic mansion is named after the last owner. Today, they house the Victoria and Italy apartments.

Farmhouse

Our guests have a choice between two country homes with a total of four apartments, which have been tastefully renovated using bio friendly materials. We were very keen to respect the "Picena" culture and only use traditional building techniques for the restoration which in many parts of Le Marche have been lost. Therefore all the ceilings have exposed wooden beams with ancient "Roman" roof tiles.

You can book the any or all of apartments or vacation homes, one is located in front of the other with a wide Mediterranean courtyard in between. Each holiday apartment has a private entrance.

CASA PIANELLA. The house is older than Casa Quintì. It has been restored with exposed beams and also some stonework. Here you will find the Regina and Sublima apartments..

To complete the accomdation, a new swimming pool was installed in 2011 with a Jacuzzi whirlpool air which can be used freely by all our guests! At night the water comes to life with colored lights, to invite you to continue relaxing even after sunset.
